IN-MOULD DECORATION
\\In-mould decoration of plastics is carried out during the moulding process by inserting a decorative screen-printed plastic film into the cavity of the mould. This technique is suitable for multicoloured decorations or when very resistant coating is needed. In-mould decoration has a low cost, does not require solvent-based adhesives, which makes it environmentally friendly, guarantees a long lasting result, and supports three-dimensional graphics. It is mostly used for finishes in the automotive, household appliances and telecommunications sectors.
PAD PRINTING
\\Pad printing allows drawings, decorations and writing to be reproduced on irregular, concave, or convex surfaces. This technique makes it possible to transfer an indelible ink film from an engraved steel (or photopolymer) plate to the surface of the piece. The use of a soft and flexible silicone pad enables printing on all types of surfaces and shapes while guaranteeing a high-quality result.
HOT STAMPING
\\Hot stamping is mainly used for finishes and decorations on flat surfaces. This technique combines pressure, heat and speed to transfer a decorative film onto different types of media, including plastic. Hot-stamping finishing is the only technique that can provide shine and metallic effects (gold, silver, etc.).
Decal e sticker application
\\The application of stickers and decals, even to water, is particularly suitable for customizing the tanks and fairings of prestigious motorcycles. This service, in combination with the painting, allows us to create fine finishes to obtain a unique and very high quality product.
